This looks to be associated with your diabetes. Probably diabetic neuropathy. Other less likely is radiculopathy. It needs to be evaluated clinically and with some tests if possible. Observed treatment and sugar control with early start of treatment for neutlropathic pain. As tramadol/ultracet or paracetamol won't be much of a relief in it.
