Sir, I am 66 years old male retired employee. I am a regular visitor to your website and receive timely guidance. Now my problem is that often I am vomiting and am not able to consume normal food. This follows by reeling sensation which stays for a day. I use tablets for controlling vomits but is not a permanent relief. Frequency is about 10 to 12 days and I suffer for a day. As regards routine, being retired, I lead a sedentary life except for 30 minutes walk on the morning. My bowel movement is irregular. I feel thirsty and take water frequently. I eat normal vegetarian food and avoid outside food. I don't have major health problem. I don't know whether this leads to any major complications. Hence request me to guide and help me to overcome this problem. Thank you. Y.
