Since the past week, I am having dull headaches all over my head and feel that my head is heavy. Upper eyelids are twitching especially of the right eye. Weakness in hands and legs and slight ache in neck and shoulder. I also sometimes experience brain fog and high anxiety. I am very scared whether all these symptoms are of a brain tumor.
