I'm 62 years old and my thyroid level has suddenly reached 19.2. My glucose level is 102. In my urine sample, there are abnormal levels of chloride, calcium, globulin.and in my blood report hemoglobin is 11.5,esr 22 and lymphocyte 16. I feel very frustrated, irritated and weak throughout the day. My weight has also decreased a lot. Please give me some advices to cure the thyroid problem. Should I change my diet or change my lifestyle. Please help me. I'm suffering a lot at this age.
