Hello, thanks for the query. I have seen the details given. However, the dosage of each of the tablets mentioned are not clear. Plus what is tablet benefit 20? I have following questions before I can give any suggestions, please clarify thhose. 1) is the patient's age 74 years? 2) what is the dosage of a) glynase tablets how many tines a day? B) pioglitazone 15 mg is it taken once or more number of times? C) ppg 0.3 mg is taken how many times a day? D) what is the serum creatinine and urea level? E) does the person do any exercises and what is the dietary pattern? Ideally at 74 years fbg should be just aound 100 mg, pp 150 to 180 mg & hba1c% about 7%. Lower levels of glucose particularly below 70 or 80 mg can be seriously problematic. Thanks.
