Stress bahut jyada leti hu har choti choti baat ko dil pr lga leti hu aur jyada sochkr pareshan rehti hu. 23august 2020 se itna jyada headache hone lga hai ki jaise kisine bhoj dediya ho .dhadkta hai har vakt, neck pain bhi hai. Cervical pain bahut jyada ho gya hai ab with hand pain and neck ki akdan jakdan .right side and left side hand krke so nii skte itna pain hai koi kaam nii kr paarhi pr dard sehan krne ke saath sb krna hota hai. Jo nii hota vah dard hota hai mujhe jaise dard ka ghut peena pareshan hote hue peena pdta hai chup rehte hai.
