I am 30 years I was diagnosed with blood pressure in 2011 after that 2015 I am diagnosed with diabetes I am taking janumet 50/500 twice, vobit 0.3 twice and olmin 10 mg once blood sugar is normal fasting is 85 and ppbs is 120. But now medicine has changed. It's glycomet 500 sr once in the morning before breakfast after 7 days fasting is 93 and ppbs is 161. Please suggest.

With earlier medication your glucose control was much strict mainly due to presence of sitagliptin with metformin, plus there was voglibose also. Now since you have shifted to only metformin, your pp glucose is slightly higher at 161 mg/100 ml. This is still quite good, well within the very good control range. In this situation if you concentrate on proper diet and regular exercise, then still better control can be achieved. So please continue the same treatment. Also do look at hba1c% which will give a better idea of last 3 months control. Most important is to maintain your proper lifestyle. Thanks.
