I am 30 years I was diagnosed with blood pressure in 2011 after that 2015 I am diagnosed with diabetes I am taking janumet 50/500 twice, vobit 0.3 twice and olmin 10 mg once blood sugar is normal fasting is 85 and ppbs is 120. But now medicine has changed. It's glycomet 500 sr once in the morning before breakfast after 7 days fasting is 93 and ppbs is 161. Please suggest.
