Health query I am 30 years I was diagnosed with blood pressure in 2011 after that 2015 I am diagnosed with diabetes I am taking janumet 50/500 twice, vobit 0.3 twice and olmin 10 mg once now blood sugar is normal fasting - 85 and ppbs - 128. Is there any alternative medicine for diabetes bcoz zanumet is too expensive. Please suggest.

Janumet is a tab.which contains two medicines vildagliptin and metformin.You can use teneligliptin and mrtformin.which is cheaper alternative with same group of medicines.
