Diet contributes significantly in control of blood sugar. Please stop having milk/milk products/packaged or refined food of any kind/ stop sweets junk food etc. Stop rice at all. Decrease roti to 1 to 2 in whole day. Have lots and lots of fruits in breakfast and in evening 1hr before dinner. In lunch and dinner have 1 quarter plate salad (cucumber tomato carrot etc), followed by 2 cup daal, 2 cup green leafy vegetables (preferably less cooked, less spices, steamed or boiled are best, most nutritious.
