Hello am building body from last 3 years but I am unable to gain weight, but I loose weight very easily in days, I eat all protein food like, fish, chicken, all pulses, egg etc even am unable to increase my weight.

For body building, You have to consume more protein rich foods to build muscles. Man should have 40 % muscles. The amount of protein you have to take is 1 to 1.25 gm protein / kg of ideas \ wight.
