I have a neck pain for over 2 to 3 months. {joint connection between neck and shoulder} I am a IT professional so I have to sit 8 hours continuously. Can any one help me what should I do?

Hi, being in the it industry, I know that you have to sit for long hours. To prevent such problems you have to do two things, 1) take short breaks of 2-5 every 30 mins if you can or hourly breaks. And 2) adjust your work station and chair according to your height. If you continue like this, you are prone to get stress injury. So, I suggest you to take corrective steps right away.
