My wife is 56 years old and her weight is 54 kg height is 5.1"she undergone hysterectomy operation long back. She is taking thyroxine tab of 37. 50 mg.now her thyroid test dtd. 02/07/20 showing t3-84, t4-6.4 and tsh 8.51.considering the latest test report is it necessary to increase the dose of thyroxine, if yes please suggest the appropriate dose.
