Dear Lybrateuser, - follow some measures for your problem:- have more of fibre containing foods such as fruits, vegetables including green leafy ones, whole grains instead of refined ones, beans, pulses, sprouts, peas, nuts, figs & seeds - have plenty of oral fluids including 8-10 glasses of water per day - do not strain while passing stool - mix a tablespoon of isabgol powder in a glass of warm water & have one on rising in the morning & one an hour before bedtime at night - apply smuth gel before & after defecation - avoid fried, spicy & junk food - do sitz bath (sitting in warm water) twice a day - get checked by a doctor if not much improvement.
