Hello, Thanks for the query. The details given are too general for me to make any comment. With blood glucose of 400 mg, there is a serious uncontrolled diabetes. This needs to be corrected first . Then blood uric acid needs to be tested. With mentioned weight the BMI is only 35.34 kgs/Sq meter, which is showing a bit over weight. For obesity BMI has to be above 30 kgs/Sq meter. First and foremost is control diabetes, then check uric acid and initiate the treatment if required. In a well controlled patient fasting glucose should be < 100 mg, PP 150 to 170 mg & HbA1c% < 6.5%.
