Sir regarding my lft reportmale, 28respected doctor sir and mam today I done my ultrasound of a whole abdomen in ultra sound they told me I have a minor fatty liver non alcoholic grade 1 today I also done my hepatitis b test and hepatitis c test all alone dulliah ?? it is normal and also I done my lipid profile test here it is a report pls check it my sgot is 18 sgpt is 24 total bilburin is 1.90 bilburin direct is 0.30 bilburin indirect is 1.60 alkaline phosphate is 129 gama glutamyl transferase is 19 protein total 7.6 albumin 4.7 globulin 2.9 ag ration 1. 62 in present im. Taking ursocol 450 mg please check and tell me this medicine is ok na along with this medicine will I take any amlycure ds syrup or not i'm attaching you mine all report please check prescribe me a good medicine.

lybrate-user! had gone through your reports. It’s very minimal fatty liver which can be seen in many people who are a bit obese. You can stop taking the tablet if you took it for 1 week. No need of any medication. All you need is healthy life style. Pls do exercise and jogging. Avoid high fat diets like red meat sugary drinks. And remember this is completely reversible once you do this diet follow up. Pls follow healthy lifestyle, protein diet avoid fat diet and regular exercise for 3 months strictly. Repeat scan after 3 months and check. It will be norml usually stay healthy! stay safe!

Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic). ) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't Overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever ur mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is ur traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc. 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, any fresh n seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc 5. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 6. Maintain active life style 7. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods, Carbonated beverages 8. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 9.
