Hi. Check with thyroid levels. Avoid pain killers. Diet, exercises are very important. Check with posture how you work during day time. Check with your shoes also, as it is comfortable. Insole should be soft. If insoles are having arch please change it, every 3 months which is highly essential. Hot water bath, immerse your leg in luke warm water with a pinch of salt for 10-15 mins till the water cools. Then immerse a soft ball inside water and roll on your foot which gives relaxation to your leg muscles and improves circulation.

If you have leg pain then you have to rule out the causes for having leg pain. First of all check your weight and your haemoglobin levels, as anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having leg pain though there are no issues with the knee joint or back pain. If not if the pain radiates down the back of thigh and legs then it might be due to sciatica. Kindly consult the nearby physiotherapist. Hope you recover soon from the leg pain.
