I am a diabetic and suggested to take triglimisave 2 twice a day and jalra once a day. I have two questions. 1. Both medicines are expensive but there are substitutes available for both medicines which are low in cost. Pioplus 2 as a substitute to triglimisave 2 and gliptagreat as a substitute to jalra. Can I use these substitutes. 2. I am taking triglimisave 2 in breakfast and dinner. When should I take jalra as I have to take it once a day. Regards, sunil.
