Onglyza 5 mg-1tab after lunch amaryl 1 mg- one and half tab before breakfast and dinner. From last 5 days, sugar shoot up to 450. I have increased 1 plus tab of amryl, now today sugar level came down to 380. This extra doze of amryl is being given from last 4 days. Doctor please advise what to do now?

You can continue extra dose of glimepiride till your sugars comes down below 160. It seems that diet was not followed properly that is why your sugars may be on higher side. Please follow strict diet and exercise. Continue onglyza as it is.
