Dr Sreejith called me promptly and after listening to my diabetic issues gave me very helpful advice on managing my diabetes with minimum medication.... I plan to continue to consult him in the future as and when I need consultations on managing my diabetes. I think I found a great doctor who is very knowledgeable and has the best interest of his patients in mind.... especially long term health.

Hi, Thanks for the query. U r not diabetic at present. But ther is a chance of diabetes in future in view of elevated ppbs and obesity. So improve your diet and exercise .try to reduce weight. Tablets not necessary now. But need regular monitoring...
Both are same but manufactured by different companies. U can take it. But better to go for same brand if available.
