Currently my hb is 7.every 6 months my hb decreases to 6 gm or 6.5.i have done bone marrow. Gastrin level. Ldh. Etc several test all came normal. What is the reason. please share. Why it is decreasing every 6 months.

Serum iron, ferritin,serum vitaminb12, folate,sickling, stool for occult blood, serum tsh, hemoglobin electrophoresis, you may also have to go for an upper gi endoscopy & colonoscopy depending upon the report of stool for occult blood.
