My mother is aged almost 80. She has high blood pressure. She take regular medicine since last 15-20 years. The bp level has now gone upto 190/90. What she should do to reduce it. Though she is physically ok, but, exercise may not be possible. Ayurveda or homeopathy can also be tried.

Hello c.p. Increased bp is also present with increased age for maintenance take medicine regularly or if required change the dose accordingly take diet which is less salty and less spices. Take plenty of fluids avoid caffeine monitor bp time to time.
