Hi, I recently had my basic blood check up done and below are the results:- random blood sugar - 84.4 mg/dl blood pressure- diastolic- 66mmhg systolic- 112mmhg total cholesterol- 209 mg/dl I think this test is called lipid profile. Are the reports normal as I am 36 year old male? I am bit concerned about the cholesterol reading as I am on borderline. In april, it was 183. Can someone please comment the causes it may have increased and how I can bring it back to normal? Is there something to worry? My parents are diabetic and mom is a heart patient (lvef - 20%).
