Early pregnancy might not show any symptoms. Usual symptoms in the first 3 months are vomiting and gastritis. I would recommend you not to take iron tablets unless medically advised as they worsen gastritis. Get an ultrasound done to determine the location of embryo - if it?s within the uterus or outside. In the initial months of pregnancy, the embryo is not well attached to the uterine wall and therefore, chances of miscarriage of a normal embryo is high. Hence, I would recommend you not to engage in sports or in long distance travel. Get your blood tested for haemoglobin levels, blood group and viral infections. Pregnancy registration with nearby hospital is advised for regular checkup.
