Kidney stone never causes blood in stool. Blood in stool have various reasons- like passage of hard stool, chronic constipation, may be some bleeding disorders, it can be hemorrhoids also. Proper history has to be taken for that. Secondly distension of gallbladder can be due to gall stones which may cause colicky pain after food which may referred to back and also nausea and vomiting. Kindly let. Me know the details for them same.
