There are various methods to avoid an unprotected sex and chances of hiv infection can be minimized. These are the symptoms of fungal infection or may be some allergic infection. You need to discuss it over a call because prevention is always better than cure. Syphilis is a sexually transmitted infection caused by a type of bacteria. The first sign of syphilis is a small, painless sore. It can appear on the sexual organs, like in your case it is in your penis. If you see any of these symptoms then you may need a medical assistance.
