Do I have to meet a Dr I have an autoimmune disease, very poor urine control, hormonal imbalance, have suffered from cervical spondylosis, disc prolapse, rheumatoid arthritis, extremely obese, joint pains. Age 60 yrs. After my near-death experience 2 years ago with pemphigus vulgaris, don't have the strength to travel. Do I need to meet Dr. physically?

For sure you have to refer a doctor. You are weighted you have to start with the diet plan and exercises because if the same continues for a long time you will be in risk. You're aged too so the bone density will be decreased and so the bone s may break easily after an injury or other assaults.
