I am taking novastat cv 10 cap for last 5 months to reduce cholesterol as I had two three instances of sudden rise of blood pressure. I used to smoke earlier but substituted this with nictotex when medicine started. Last month I quit nictotex as well. Now I feel very weak and a bit chest pain (negligible). Shall I continue with novastat cv or can I quit taking it as my cholesterol level are normal now. Only triglycerides is still high around 300. My age is 40 (male).

novastat cv is required AFTER heart attack, NOT before. High triglycerides means diet is poor. Reduce foods that are converted into triglycerides by liver. Traditional health foods are healthier than modern restrictions.
