I need to ask a question to a psychiatrist. Like I have been crushing on a girl from past 2 years now and I now that I truly love her thinking of her makes me feel depressed and weak and I am tired as I know she is not interested in any relationship but she does accept the fact that she has a crush on me as well shall I try to explain her or shall I try to move on. I tried to move on but it's not happening will expressing my feelings help me in getting relief but I am scared of the negative reply from her side. Please help me out the question might sound funny but it really makes me feel depressed abd broken.
