Look after your diet habit. Take your diet intime. Avoid all sorts of junk foods. Add more seasonal fruits and vegetables to your diet. Take minimum 3 liters of water daily. Avoid late night sleep. Minimum 7 to 8 hours of sleep is required for a healthy living. Besides that go for some blood test like cbc, thyro profile, vitamin d, b12, lft.
