Please get following test done cbc to rule out anaemia, thyroid profile to rule out hypothyroidism, rbs,hba1c to rule out diabetes. Watch for any associated symptoms like discolouration, review with reports.

While working out I feel very fatigued and tired. Also I suffer from heartburn post workout. I am really demotivated and feel helpless. Now I weigh almost 76 kgs. Could someone help me understand why this happens and how to avoid it? Thank you.

What you eat before n after exercise? Since when r you having this?What r other symptoms that you r experiencing? By doing what like walking, exertion, eating or empty stomach- it increases or decreases in intensity. For how much time it remains? Is there stiffness also? How is your appetite?R you constipated or having loose stools? Any problem in urine?It can be because of gas or acidity or indigestion, gastritis, gerd, diarrhoea, constipation, ibs etc but I need details of the case. In the meanwhile follow this 1. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc. 2. Don't overeat 3. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of plain water first thing in the morning (preferably within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of mixed dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, any fresh n seasonal fruit (eat whole fruit not juice), a cup of curd/milk etc 5. Take simple food like rice n dal in dinner. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 6. Maintain active life style7. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods, carbonated beverages 8. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 9. Drink lot of water.10. Everyday preferably sleep on same time 11. Take 1tsp of ghee in bfast, lunch n dinner. Exercise in the form of yoga, cycling, swimming, gym etc. Till lock down do suryanamaskar. homeopathy is a very effective for this problem n has very encouraging results. For details, consult online.

Since last few months, I have been facing issues of fatigue all over the day along with sluggishness. Apart from this I am having feeling of acidity with fluctuating pain in left side ribs and bone. My wife was feeling fatigue all the time, dizziness and light-headedness since last 25 days. After consulting a md he asked to do some test and here are the reports. Haemoglobin is 12, transferrin saturation is 7%, tibc 413 microgram per dl, uibc is 57.7 micro mol per litre, vitamin d has 19. 77 ng/ml and thyroid is 4.88 since last 6 months. My doctor prescribed richer cr tablet (iron supplements) once a day, t3 lc soft gelatin capsule once a day, vertin 8 mg twice a day, deksel syrup once in a week and continuing taking thyroxine 50 mg. Today it's almost 10 days taking these medicines and she is not feeling any improvement yet. Need your help if the medication is correct or not. Do we need to add any other medicine and would like to know if these are the symptoms of iron deficiency or some other diseases which needs to be diagnosed. And how long it should take to come out from dizziness and light-hardness. We are really concern and worried. Appreciate your help.

Sir i'm 20 years old I have done my tmt and 2d echo done they were normal and I had my lipid test and it is normal with total cholesterol of 184, ldl 120.4, hdl 44, I don't have diabetic or hypertension and my ecg is normal but i'm fearing that i'm going to die, sometimes in night after eating food I get anxiety, weight 120 kg height 6 feet, symptoms are burping, acid reflux, fear, some how pressure in heart but clears some times after going to toilet or getting burp (gas from stomach, some times I get back pain I have chest pain left side, pls help me out this is this anxiety or heart failure, because I have symptoms like fatigue, dizziness that's why pls help me out from this sir doctor said that you are ok, but i'm getting scared that it is going to be heart failure so what should I do.
