Madam, is there any stress in your working area or in your life. Do you sleep well? Is your appetite normal? Is your menstruation normal? I did not know if any doctor has prescribed you neurobion tab or not for this symptom, but according to me it will be of little helpful for you actually. How much percentage of the drug actually be absorbed in your body is really doubtful after taking this oral preparation. The releif you feel is what we call in our medical term is placebo effect. I think taking plenty of water will be helpful for you. According to my opinion you do not need to continue this medicine any more. If you can tell me whether there is any associated symptom present along with fatigue or not. In this covid-19 situation generalised anxiety is a common phenomena and it may be a cause for your fatigue, another cause may be anaemia. So, I suggest following for you a) plenty of water b) nutritious diet. C) maintain healthy lifestyle d) do a blood for hb, tc, dc, esr, and serum tsh, free t3 and follow up with reports.

My wife is 28 years old. She has been experiencing fatigue and feeling sleepy from the last week, although she isn't engaged in any sort of arduous physical activity. She has been feeling loss of taste from the last 3/4 days. She has been also experiencing severe headache in the evening almost in every alternate day and low grade fever in the last saturday and this sunday within a gap of one week. Would any expert here can tell me what's wrong with her?

It can be because of many reason from simple reasons like not sleeping on time or sleeping too much, stress, have long hours of fasting, stress, dehydration to causes like sinusitis, migraine, high blood pressure, tumor etc. I need details of case.in the meanwhile do this 1. Take adequate night sleep 2. Eat at regular intervals. As starvation/gas can trigger headache 3. Avoid things that can trigger headache. Common triggers include alcohol, caffeine or poor sleep. Inculcate good sleep practices like having a regular bedtime schedule and avoiding naps, caffeine and tv before bedtime. 4. Don't take stress- pursue an enjoyable activity or verbalising frustration to reduce stress and improve mental health. 5. Avoid foods that you know triggers your headache. 6. Hot packs and heating pads can relax tense muscles. Warm showers or baths may have a similar effect 7. Drink water. “dehydration can be a big cause of headaches,” for this homeopathic treatment is very effectivefor more details you can consult me.
