I have been suffering a problem lot for 2 years but no doctor is able to detect my problem. Some tell me its anemia, some say it's depression, some say I have a pinched nerve, some say I have a gas issue. Please help. My health does not let me cope up with the world. One day I was sitting, and my left arm and leg got numbness, and I was feeling dizzy. I was rushed to the hospital but the doctor said I have stressed nothing else. But this thing kept happening till a long time. Symptoms keep increasing. Right now I feel the pulsating sensation at the back of my head (not pain, I get an electric feeling in the brain, I am full of gas all the time, weird pain at temples of head, my toes stay numb, all the time. I got a brain ct scan done as I was not comfortable with the MRI, and the results were normal. My RBC count was low so the doctor gave me zinc medicine. Also, when I rotate my neck, I get a cracking sound, a vein in my back hurts at times. And when you press it, it also makes that cracking sound. All of a sudden in the day, I get the dizzy feeling. Why is it happening with me? I cry all day as no doctor is successful in detecting my problem. I am fed up with my health issues. What should I do? Please help. Am I facing something serious?

You are stressed, no doubt. That?s why your problems are being aggravated by that. You should take homeopathic treatment. It?s a goid. In the meanwhile try to follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, church, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, any fresh n seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc 5. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 6. Maintain active life style. This is most important and non negotiable part 7. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods, carbonated beverages 8. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 9. Drink lot of water. 10. Curd is good for you. 11.
