I am 59 at present. I was directed was detected diabetics with hba1c 9.1 at the age of 58. Now after medicine and exercise my hba1c was reduced to 5.7 within six months. After two months it has increased to 6.1. My question is how to reduce it again without medicine. I have been prescribed tab. Zomelismet 50-500 for 1st three months 1 morning & 1 evening before breakfast & dinner. After three month the above med. Was reduced and only give one tab before dinner for six months now the med. Changed and 1---1 tab. Glycomet 500 since 3 months. Yesterday the blood report is hba1c is 6.1% may be due to flu .please advice how to reduce medicine .or reduce my diabetes without medicine.
