Hi, Mera upper bp 140 ke aas pas ya us se kam rahta hai, par lower always 90 to 105 tak rahta, main daily digital bp machine me check karta hu, please guide me kaise normal rakha jaye bp ko.

Hello Prabhanshu singh, if you feel any other symptoms related with hypertension then you must check with the doctor and if you are more active throughout the day and there is no symptoms with hypertension then you don't need to worry about it. in general to control hypertension,you should do some pranayam like (nadi shodhan,anulom vilom,bramri,om chanting). intake of citrus fruits and green vegetables,omega 3 is also good for controlling hypertension and start cooking in green vegetable in lite ghee,dont use any kind of refine oil. list to intake daily- 1.lemon 2.raisins 3.amla 4.beet root 5.carrot 6.orange,pineapple,apple 7.coconut water with malai 8.green vegetable. eat only sendha salt with less quantity.
