I seems to can not digest anything. Whatever I eat, my belly feel bloated and I get cramps. Please suggest me some medicine.

Dear Lybrateuser, - follow some dietary precautions for your problem:- avoid fried, spicy, sour & junk foods, limit tea, coffee to 1-2 cups per day if you have more, also avoid milk & milk products, beans, raw onion, garlic and tomatoes, all aerated drinks - take tablet pan 40, 1 tablet daily half an hour before breakfast - have plenty of oral fluids including 7-8 glasses of water per day for proper hydration and digestion - chew your food well, have meals on time, do not skip meals, take a walk for 5-10 min after meals, have a light dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime - do regular exercise like walking, jogging, swimming, cycling & yoga for proper digestion and to keep fit.
