I am hypothyroidism patient and taking 100 mcg thyroid tablet but since 1 and half month I start taking. Healthy diet and yesterday I got a tsh check and it's 0.109.what it means can not understand although I feel energetic throughout the day and before 3 months my weight was 91 but now because of healthy eating and exercise its 83.7.
