Dear Lybrate user you have told you are 32 years and diabetic since 5 yrs. Why were you started on insulin and not oral tablets? What is your thyroid levels at present? If you are sugars and thyroid are normal you pls meet your gynaecologist. Please check your tsh t3 and t4 levels and hba1c (a1c shd be less than 7 for good control and I advice it to be around 6 before conception) your burning feet and exhaustion indicate that your sugars are not under control. So kindly meet your Dr. with the nove tests.
