Hello. I have gained allot of weight from last 3 years. I work out for 1-1.5 hr for 5 days in a week. I also have pcod problem and irregular periods. I can not control my diet. Please let me know how to lose weight and also let me know the solution for pcod.

Hello Lybrate-user! for your pcod problem I suggest you to avoid eating in a plastic containers, avoid foods which contain preservative, avoid food colour, avoid milk have soya milk, for irregular periods have ripe papaya and raw papaya to induce periods. Have proper diet and exercise. Thank you.
