Hello, I feel very sharp upper back pain after I eat biryani or spicy food at night. Pain starts within 1 hour of eating and continues through the night. I have read about pancreatic cancer and very scared now. Please suggest if this is related. My weight is normal and appetite too. No abdomen pain but feels congested there. Pain occurs when I eat spicy. Otherwise mostly does not occur.
