I am a 51 years old female with history of pituitary adenoma for which I was operated twice which lead to damaging of my pituitary gland but the adenoma was extracted and since then there is no/very less cortisol production. I was diagnosed of non alcoholic fatty liver disease a year ago which the doctors have now concluded as liver cirrhosis coz my numbers on the fibroscan were high i.e 14. 6kpa. My liver function test numbers are all normal but my lipase is 446 u/l and prothrombin time is 12.5 seconds. My urea and creatinine are within normal ranges. My ultrasonography report impression says: hepatic appearance of chronic liver disease, splenomegaly and gall bladder calculi with no cholecystitis or biliary obstruction and my current symptoms are mainly unable to urinate for a long time for which the doctor prescribed olmat 20 and ctd 6.25 after which I am able to urinate, swelling in my ankles and fatigue. I also did a cardiac colour doppler which suggested lv diastolic dysfunction and mild concentric left ventricular hypertrophy for which the doctors say nothing to worry about. Please help me with possible diagnosis and treatment. Thank you!
