I am 17 years old and I am feeling sometimes very laziness n also when I pick up some heavy things there is pain in my back n usually I have problem of back pain .plzzz suggest me some nutritious diet as I am feeling weak sometimes.

Protein rich diet (pulses, milk and milk products). Avoid forward bending and heavy weight lifting. Physiotherapy, backstrentheing exercises. Don't sit in one posture for long periods. Keep your back straight and supported while sitting. Get serum B12 and serum calcium and serum vit D3 level checked.
