57 year old identified with angina and hypertension, tread mill test +ve @10.2 MTS. I am taking metzok 25 mg 1-0-1, nicostar od 10 mg 1-0-0, ecosprin gold 10 mg 0-1-0 and isonorm Sr 30 mg 0-0-1 even also sometimes I get chest pain if stressed. please advise.
