Hi, my age is 28 four month before I was prescribed with amlodipine and atenolol because my bp was 148/90 but before 20 days I found drowsiness so I went to general doctor for check up he suggested me to leave medicine for 2 days on that time my bp was 110/78 than after I changed my life style I daily run for 1 km and play cricket around 2 hour I left having rice I eat only chapati in meals and I also igo for walk ,less salt intake ,breathing exercise most important I managed to control my stress level I used to check bp regularly it was like 131/86,125/85,118/90 so on yesterday it was 120/87 and today it was 115/84 even now I check bp in each 2 days.

So you no need to take bp medicines. Life style modification is prime issue. Use tata light salt in food and salad.
