I am 73 yrs. Have arthritis in my left leg for quite sometime. It did not cause much problem till 6/7 months ago. I am now going to Gym and doing some muscle building exercises and also tread mill and cycling. I am going thrice a week and spend about an hour and half. Can I continue. If so how long.
