I feel gas every time. I feel gas around my waist and low back also. After I pee I feel gas or bloating and pain also in the side area of leg (above though area). Food goes slowly to my stomach and sometimes I feel food is stuck in the chest. Especially after bed in the morning I feel full gas. Burp a lot.

Dear Lybrateuser, - Follow some dietary precautions to cure your problem: - avoid fried, spicy & junk foods, also restrict tea, coffee intake to 1-2 cups per day if you have more, also avoid gas forming foods like milk & dairy products, beans, lentils, pulses, veg like broccoli, cabbage, Cauliflower, raw onion, garlic, tomatoes, chocolates, chewing gum, all aerated drinks, alcohol & smoking if you do - have plenty of oral fluids including 8-10 glasses of water for proper hydration and digestion - chew your food well, do not skip meals, have meals on time, have 4-5 small meals including snacks rather than three large meals for proper digestion, take a walk for 5-10 min after meals for proper digestion, have a light dinner at night at least 2-3 hrs before bedtime - take tablet Pan 40, 1 tablet daily half an hour before breakfast - do regular exercise like walking, jogging & yoga for proper digestion.
