I am 26 year old and detected with kidney stone, RK is having the stone of size 3.1×3.1 and LK have 5.4×4.2 & 4.3×3.3 mm stone. Does this size stones require operational removal or they get diluted with medicine. What diet should I follow?

No need of surgery as stones are small. you need to drink plenty of fluids. Take homeopathic medicines also. Drink at least twelve glasses of water daily drink citrus juices, such as orange juice eat a calcium-rich food at each meal, at least three times a day limit your intake of animal protein eat less salt, added sugar, and products containing high fructose corn syrup avoid foods and drinks high in oxalates and phosphates avoid eating or drinking anything which dehydrates you, such as alcohol.
