I am male, 58 years, 81 kgs. 5.9" having backache L4 L5 and neck pain and pain in knees while standing or sitting and also itching sound when twist leg. For backache, I consulted Orthopaedic Dr. Having done all test of blood and x - rays, it says degeneration of spine, He advised MRI. Took mecobalamin, vitamins, but not done MRI. Kindly advise, I am not diabetic, only high BP. Taking regular tablets.

I suggest you to consult with a Physiotherapist. There are lots of stretches and exercises that you need to do in a regular basis. Do Hot Compression over the Painful areas. Do Isometric Neck Exercises Hams And Calf stretching Electro Therapeutic Modalities are also Indicated for your condition.
