I am 29 year young having height 167 cm and weight 60.6 kg. I want to make my health as I am too slim just want to looking good. So, I joined gym last month. My daily diet as below: 1. Corn with milk 1 bowl @ 7 am 2. 1 banana @ 8. Am 2. 2 Chappati and vegetables@ 9 am 3. Sprouted chana and moong mixed with badam and kismis@ 11 am 4. Lunch @ 1.30 includes 4 chapati, vegetable, little rice and pulse. 5. Sprouted moong @ 5 pm 6. Dinner @ 8 pm 2 chapatis includes rice, pulse, vegetables. 7. Milk 1 glass@ 9 Pm Please advise what can I do to gain muscles.
