lybrate-user ji, Thanks for the query. I have seen the details given. Most of the parameters mentioned are within range. Only HDL is a bit low. There is no medicine for increasing that. However, with aBMI of 27.25 kgs/ Sq meter (Normal< 23 kgs/Sq meter), you are over weight. There is an excess of almost 12 kgs weight. Reducing this itself will benefit maximum. Give a closer look at your diet, avoid deep fried foods, processed foods, pastries, bakery items, junk foods, colas and red meat. Rstrict the caloric intake to (62 X 20 = 1240 calories per day. Increase the intake of green leafy vegetables, salads and fruits every day. Walk for 1 hour or join a gym and do work out under guidance. But most important is to control dietary intake. Thanks.
