One of my relative is suffering from abdominal pain and fever and vomiting and we have done a ultrasound shows mesenteric lymphadenitis and I have done a investigation cbc is normal and Ada is normal and pfpv and typhoid and dengue is negative what is the best treatment for them I have started cefixime with ofloxacin and vomikind and meftal spas and pacimol 500 mg.

This is due to viral infection ,Mesenteric lymphadenitis only lasts for a few days or weeks before it clears on its own. So you need to take Adequate rest, �Liquids help prevent dehydration from fever, vomiting and diarrhea.�A warm moist washcloth applied to the abdomen can help ease discomfort. Haldi is good antiviral and pain reliever so take haldi added milk also.
